Abstract

Tetanus Toxoid (TT) immunization in pregnant women is an effort made to obtain immunity in pregnant women and their babies against tetanus infection, namely by injecting TT vaccine containing tetanus germ toxins that have been weakened and then purified. TT immunization for pregnant women is given at least 2 times before 8 months of pregnancy. The type and design of research carried out is a type of quantitative analysis with a Cross Sectional approach. The research site is in Tanjung Lamin Village, Simpang Limbur Health Center Working Area with a population of 37 with a sample of 37 pregnant women. The results showed that there was a relationship between knowledge, perception and role of health workers with tetanus toxoid immunization in Tanjung Lamin Village, Simpang Limbur Health Center Working Area
